BD Live uses realtime services for live rooms, comments, gifts, audience counts, room status, host/co-host activity, and audio/video participation. Media transport may use specialized RTC services. Realtime room events may include user ID, room/channel ID, action type, timestamp, and related metadata.

- We use access controls, protected admin areas, encrypted transport where available, and operational monitoring to protect systems.
- Do not share your password, OTP, token, or account access with anyone.
- Uploaded files may be stored on application servers or approved storage/CDN systems.
- Data is retained only as long as needed for app operation, legal compliance, audit, dispute resolution, and safety.
- Some backup or log records may remain for a limited period even after active records are updated or removed.
7. User Choices and Rights
- You may update profile information in the app where the feature is available.
- You may request help for account access, profile issues, device issues, wallet/game records, or safety reports.
- You can avoid providing optional profile fields, but some features may require identity, device, or transaction information.

8. Children and Safety
BD Live is intended for users who meet the minimum age and legal requirements for their region. Users must not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or exploitative content. Accounts that violate safety rules may be restricted, suspended, or reported.
